How to Delete Your Account
Open the Goods app
Go to My Account
Select Delete Account
Choose a reason for deleting the account
An OTP verification code will be sent to the registered email address
Enter the OTP code and confirm
The account will be deleted immediately
What Data Is Deleted
When an account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed from our systems:
• User account information (name, email, login credentials)
• Saved addresses
• Saved preferences
• Any personal data associated with the user profile
What Data Is Retained
For legal, accounting, and operational purposes, certain data is retained after account deletion:
• Order history, including:
  • Order details
  • Billing and shipping information used at the time of purchase
• This data is retained only as required by applicable laws (such as tax and accounting regulations) and is not used for marketing purposes
Data Retention Period
• Account-related personal data is deleted immediately after confirmation
• Order records are retained for the legally required retention period and then securely removed according to our data retention policies
Requesting Data Deletion Without Deleting an Account
Currently, users must delete their account to request deletion of personal data.
Partial data deletion without account deletion is not supported at this time.
