1. Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) define the rights and obligations between Goods (hereinafter “the Seller”) and any individual or legal entity (hereinafter “the Customer”) making a purchase on the goods.tn website.
2. Products
The products offered for sale are described and presented with the highest possible accuracy. Photos and visuals are provided for reference only and are not legally binding.
3. Prices
All prices are listed in Tunisian Dinars (TND) and include all applicable taxes (TTC).
The Seller reserves the right to modify prices at any time. However, orders will be invoiced at the rate in effect at the time the order is confirmed.
4. Orders
Placing an order on the website implies full and unconditional acceptance of these GTC.
The Seller reserves the right to refuse any order in the event of a previous dispute with the Customer or for any other legitimate reason.
5. Payment
Payment is made exclusively in cash upon delivery (Cash on Delivery).
No other payment method is currently accepted.
6. Delivery
Delivery is available throughout Tunisia.
Estimated delivery times range from 24 to 72 hours from the moment the order is confirmed.
Delivery fees:
• 7 TND for any order under 300 TND
• Free delivery for orders of 300 TND or more
• Free in-store pickup is also available
Delivery times are provided for guidance only and may vary in case of exceptional circumstances (weather conditions, holidays, etc.).
7. Withdrawal and Returns
In accordance with Tunisian regulations, products may be returned within 7 days from the date of receipt, provided they are in their original condition and packaging, unused, and accompanied by the invoice.
Return costs are the responsibility of the Customer, except in cases of defective products or delivery errors attributable to the Seller.
8. Warranty
Products are covered by the legal warranty against manufacturing defects, in line with commercial practices in Tunisia.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or product modifications.
9. Liability
The Seller cannot be held liable for indirect or unforeseeable damages that may occur during the use of the products sold.
10. Personal Data
Personal information collected is necessary for processing orders and will not be shared with third parties, except when required by law.
